Turnkey BTS Site Rollouts

1. Joint site survey (JSS) and Site acquisition (SA)

Base on nominal planning joint site survey (JSS) will be conducted and will take three candidate co-ordinates as per customer requirement.
These candidates will be submitted to customer (Huawei). During survey JSS team will do one way site acquisition with owner of these three candidates.
Customer will confirm one candidate out of three candidates proposed.
Technical site survey report will be prepared on any of the JSS upon the request of the customer.
Once TSSR is approved, final site acquisition process will be started with approved TSSR.

2. Soil Test

When TSSR is approved and SA is done formally, then site is ready for civil works. First of all soil test will be done for calculation of soil strength;

3-4 mtrs depth soil sample will be collect from site
Sample soil will be sending to lab.
Soil test report will be provided to customer.

3. Site Construction

Once soil test report is approved for site construction, civil work can be started.
Kickoff meeting will be done among land owner along with subcontractor and contract team.
During meeting all requirement and confusion will be cleared with landowner and subcontractor.
After successful conduction of meeting, construction work can be started. Site cleaning and site layout will be done according to approved TSSR. NEA power connection will be started for timely completion. Normally, NEA connection task takes 3 weeks time.
Material dumping and excavation will be started simultaneously.
If excavation is completed, compaction followed by soling will be performed.
PCC will be done on it.
After PCC, rebar will start and formwork will be done properly.
At this instant, contractor will be called for task quality verification. If quality is as per standard defined, RCC foundation will be executed.
Cubes will be prepared for cube test.
Following next day, columns rebar and their formwork will be done for first lift columns.
RCC casting will be done and cube will be prepared.
Again columns rebar and their formwork will be done for column second lift and template fixing will be completed accurately
Then RCC casting will start.
Minimum 7-10 days will be used for curing of these casting. In the min-time backfilling will be done.
DG and BTS foundation work will be done simultaneously while curing of tower foundation
When RCC is left for curing, electrical works, earthing works, fencing and gate construction can be started. It will take 4-5 days to complete all these tasks.
Tower materials will be delivered in next two days and tower will be erected and painted in one week.
After that, site is ready for RFI.
